The were professional and efficient. I called the morning my AC went out and they were there a couple hours later. I wasn’t home at the time and wish I had been as I was charged $200 for 20 minutes of work. No parts replaced, just something had to be reset. My wife didn’t get a receipt for the service so that’s my only question. Still, they were available in a pinch.

Our AC stopped working when it was over 100 degrees on a Friday. I called the property management company and was told Alpine would contact us. They called and arrived about 10 minutes later.
