  • The height of your ceilings
  • The size and energy efficiency of your windows

  • Floorplan design
  • and quite a few more.

Having a professionally conducted HVAC calculation on your home will have a large benefit for the future. We recommend taking the time to make the best HVAC decision for your home.

It could be dirty air filters or your unit may be low on Freon. The blower motor may also not be spinning.

R22 Freon is regulated by the EPA. They are stopping production in the next 2 years and with limited amounts the cost is always increasing on the old Freon style systems. The new Freon is considerably less expensive and more efficient. We are constantly checking suppliers to get the best available prices for our customers.

After having us service your A/C system we can inform you on how well your system is operating and provide solutions to make it more efficient. If you have any questions on upgrading your system we offer free estimates and will suggest rebates that may be available.

The best indoor range is 35% to 50% relative humidity, but 40% to 45% tends to work best for many homes. When you go beyond this level, condensation can occur on the windows, which can cause mold that leads to allergy and respiratory problems.
